"After two failed General Contractors I brought Rez Electric on-board to add a screened-in porch on the third level of my home. Rob and his Team immediately and showed me problems with the new build as well as the existing structure. Due to exceptionally poor workmanship on both the new and original structure, it took almost two years and a lot of money to complete the renovations. Rob and his Team were diligent, provided high-quality work and NEVER GAVE UP! At the end of the day, Rez Electric practically rebuilt our home including, but not necessarily limited to, framing, all new windows and doors (including sliders), all new siding (cement board), new front and rear porches and a new patio, new flat roof-top decks, new lighting, millwork, whole-home generator, dry-wall work and painting (interior & exterior) - plus an awesome screened in porch (the original project!). Rob also coordinate the addition of gutters, landscaping and fencing. He remained in constant contact, initiated and returned phone-calls, emails and texts.
