"Dispatcher set up appointment to troubleshoot and repair a ground fault interruption problem at my home on same day I submitted request. Tech (Jason) was very polite, very professional and troubleshot problem to a 33 year-old faulty receptacle on the circuit. Replaced receptacle and verified proper conduct of GFD on the circuit. I'd rate Excellent but the price was fair, but not inexpensive. Plumbers and Electricians are not cheap."

They wired about 100 feet cable from the panel through the attic to the charging station; from the front right of the house to the left back. "Dustin was very professional and very curtious. He arrived on time (even a little early). He diagnosed the problem in a very short period of time.
He first searched the "breaker box"  then checked receptacles for GFCI reset button to make sure they had been reset.  When he did not discover a problem in either of those areas he then took the covers off the receptacles and pointed out that the wiring had burned.  He repaired the one bad receptacle which fixed the remaining receptacles on that circuit.
He explained to me what the problem was and what he did to repair it.  He also cleaned up after the job. I would definitely use this company again. The price was great!
