Anderson came in a tad high for roof price compared to the other companies, but the customer service, the services offered, the schedule availability, and the fact that they were willing to work while we weren't home all sold us on WT Anderson. They also handled much more than just our roof, whereas other companies would only do the roof. We had new fascia, new soffits, wrapping, roofing, gutters and gutter guards installed. I could not be happier. Our house looks so much better and no more checking the roof after every wind or rain storm! The crew made sure the yard was well maintained, they were prompt, and we had all of the work done in 3 days. My favorite thing was that neither myself or my husband had to take time off of work, because they were willing to work without anyone home. Other companies told us someone would have to be present. "Atlantic Services replaced our old roof with GAF Lifetime Architectural Shingles.   The estimate included the removal of the old shingles, several damaged pieces of plywood and an old attic fan.  The roof replacement included the installation of one layer of commercial grade felt paper, ice and water shield, starter shingles, re-flashing all walls, installation of ridge vent on all ridges (including the shed), the replacement of all pipe collars with double collars and painting of all stacks and vents with anti-rust paint.  The work was completed within 2 days.  The owner, Mr. Lego was very helpful.  He thoroughly explained the entire process and answered all of our questions.  He brought over several different shingle colors and was instrumental in final color selection.  Mr. Lego was on the roof working with the crew and had direct oversight of the job.  They were all very professional.  I would not hesitate to use this company again.

"My husband and I had just purchased our house in Franklin Virginia when we noticed that are shingles on the roof were flying off every time we had high winds, so we had numerous company come out and give us estimates and it was outrageously expensive to put a roof on this big house. The last estimate we had gotten was from home renew not only that their price beat all the other companies that came out but it was the fact that they didn't play games with us and they were straightforward with what was going to happen and how much it was going to cost. they were upfront and honest they were real they weren't reading from a book they weren't trying to get a sale they were trying to help. Our roof absolutely looks amazing they helped us pick a color that Blended wonderfully with the color of our house and shutters. The crew took their time to make sure all materials and nails we're out of the yard so that our dogs didn't get any of it so they did a magnetic sweep like three times so that was awesome and the owner came out twice just to make sure we were satisfied. "I hired area remodeling to install a new roof on my house. They tore off and installed a new roof in a day and a half!!! My roof is really big so I didn’t expect them to finish so soon. They went above and beyond with their work even painted my pipes on the roof to match the new shingles installed. After the shingles were installed the foreman and I walked around the house and to check for any trash or if anything got damaged, but I couldn’t find a single nail on the ground. They really did a great job!!! My neighbor just got his roof done a few weeks before mine and couldn’t believe mine was done in a day an a half!! His took almost week for the same size from another company. I’m posting this up a little late but I wanted to give the roof some time before I wrote a review to see if I had to call them back cause of a leaky roof. But after the terrible thunderstorms we had and the few tropic depressions that came through not a single shingle or a leak has happened!!! I will definitely use them for my next project that needs to happen at my house!!!"
