He has done work for us before, but this time was different due to the fact the tree that required removal was in our backyard which is inaccessible in regard to any large equipment. That meant climbing the tree in order to remove it piece by piece, which Butch did with the utmost of professional know how, care, and agility, something I cannot say about some other tree services that have removed trees for our neighbors. Whether it is a simple tree removal or a difficult one, Butch would always be who I would recommend, and would hire every time."

The five birches were in the middle of shrubbery making removal more difficult with the potential for their damage. They were so careful that not a branch was damaged on the shrubs. Liz was right in the middle of the operation, running the stump grinder and using chain saws among other things. There is always something very positive to be said about the owner being totally involved. Her crew even trimmed several other bushes/shrubs while they were here. In the end, the cleanup could not have been better. All of the wood was taken away and the lawn was completely cleaned, better than when they arrived! The price was completely fair and reasonable and did not change from the estimate to the completed job, even though they did extras. The whole job was completed in four hours. Without hesitation I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing tree service."

"Walt and his crew were very professional from the moment he stopped by to inspect and give us the quote all the way to when our transaction concluded. The trees look very good. All the branches that were bothering us were removed. They were timely, professional, and within the time limits they estimated to us. There was even a moment where an issue occurred and our gate came off our fence. It wasnt that bad, but the fact that they helped me get it fixed spoke volumes about customer service to me. They cleaned up thoroughly and we now have a lot more peace of mind about our large trees. I honestly can't stop looking at them.
