"I highly recommend W.T Anderson for any roofing need for the follow reason. The five member roofing crew arrived early Monday morning and began to go to work. The on-sight supervisor introduced herself and provided me with her phone in case I had questions or concerns. Every team member was assigned a task and worked efficiently with little wasted effort. The team remained focus on the job at hand even when the sight supervisor was not present (which was not often or long). The company’s owner made sure to visit the sight throughout the day. His enthusiasm and positivity for the job was mirrored by all at the job sight. The job consisted of removal of 2 layers of shingles, remove and re-install 3 Solar Tubes, replace 3 vent covers (2 bathroom and 1 kitchen), installed 3 Easy Sleeve pipe flashing (a product I recommend, made by a local Virginia company), replacing of 11 sheets of roof sheathing (a lot of water damage during the 30+ years since the first layer was installed, not surprised), installed Weather Watch leak barrier along eaves, rakes, around chimney and all roof penetrations, install underlayment and finally the shingles. I was expecting the job to take 2 days (especially after the water damage was found). However, the job was done in one day and the dumpster was picked up the next day. I cannot express how impressed I am with the thoroughness with which the clean-up was done. I climbed on the roof and inspected the work I was quite pleased with the overall job. I did find one discrepancy (one of the Easy Sleeves was installed incorrectly). Once the company was informed the owner can out the next day to see for himself. He tried to fix it right then and there, but was unable to. The next day the crew was out to remove and replace (with new material) the Easy Sleeve. I am absolutely happy that I chose W.T Anderson for my roofing project. Although their quote was not the lowest, the combination of good reviews and the positive impression I had after the owner’s visit to formulate a bid was central in the selection (I had four roofing quotes). They were very responsive during the whole process (bid, work and follow up) and I would highly recommend them."

"It has been a pleasant experience from the beginning to the end. First, we talked to Chris D., a senior account consultant from Homefix Custom Remodeling. He explained to us in detail our options, choices, prices, and what to expect in the process. So, we agreed on a price after some negotiations, and Mr. Dobbin demonstrated a good will and understanding. The Homeowner association approved our application surprisingly fast (within one week), so we received a call from Sarah L. at the HCR headquaters with precise date scheduling, One day before the installation, a truck with crane arrived, and the shingles and other materials were elevated and placed on our roof. The next day, a 5-man team arrived at 7:30 am. They covered the area around with multiple sheets of protective cover, then started removing the old shingles and replacing the spoiled plywood with a new one. A good quality heavy-duty protective film was stapled to the roof before installing the new shingles. The new ridge vent "Cobra" has been installed, and caulk has been applied around pipes and collars. It has been a pleasure watching a nicely organized, fast, and masterful work of the installers! The old materials were hauled away by the truck. Some team members cleaned the area almost all the time keeping the neighbors happy. The entire job was completed within one day! The roof looks solid, new, and marvelous! Thanks a lot!"

"I was told my siding job would start in 3 weeks I have not heard from anyone I have contacted Brian to see if he had any idea when they were going to start he did not respond back to me."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

I don't remember when this service was provided; it took me a VERY long time to write this review. I rated punctuality as N/A because I honestly don't remember whether they were punctual or not, it was too long ago. I thought the guy was good, though."

"After initial contact, the contractor was at my home within a few hours. The contractor gave me an estimate after performing an onsite inspection. Estimated included some metal trim work and new front Window shutters. The contractor was at my home within two days and completed removal of the old roof and installation of the new in two days. All shingles were hand nailed trash was removed as the work progressed. I was very pleased with the overall quality and professionalism of the contractor."
