"They gave me a bid with a time window that was good. The first guy Martin that came out. This guy was not nice. After he cut then the 8-10 inch vacuum whole in the duct I asked to see the camera feed the camera and he stated that my flash isn't work. I'll show pictures from other peoples homes. I stated that I was not interested in other peoples homes and he repeated. I reached to the company as asked why they would send a tech without properly working equipment. The company did get a resolution and sent another tech out within 15 mins. Martin gathered up his stuff to leave. He turned the furnace on and I had to tell him to turn it off bc I wasn't going to heat the basement. I was not going to run the furnace non stop with the thermostat upstairs until the other tech got here. Martin displayed rude and unprofessional behavior throughout the time he was here.. He gathered up his stuff. and left without saying a word. Padro showed up. Answered all my questions. He was professional, very attenuative to all the details, he was thorough and showed great expertise in the his field. I would recommend Padro to any of my friends and family. "

"Our shower step was build incorrectly when our bathroom was remodeled years ago. We have been experiencing leaking on our floor every time we took a shower and opened our door. Kedrick, did everything he promised by rebuilding our shower step and now it's perfect and no more leakage. We also had our floors cleaned and they look as good as when we had them installed. His pricing was extremely reasonable and I would highly recommend him. If you need any tile or grout done I wouldn't call another company other then Bristol Tile & Grout Restoration.
