Our roof is solid and aesthetically pleasing - a real improvement to the overall curb appeal of the house. Besides the quality work Fred’s company provides, expect some excellent customer service. Fred called us multiple times - to update on orders, schedules, arrival times, etc. He picks up the phone or shortly calls back. That’s comforting when you have engaged a company for a big ticket project. He made good on every single thing we discussed. The clean up was amazing with landscaping and lawn protected by tarps. The men use a “magnet on a pole” to pick up stray nails on the ground. I highly endorse Preferred Roofing for a worry free roofing project."

"Job went excellently, the crew came, set-up scaffolding, completed the demolition and poured a new cap. Our chimney is big and it was high too, and on a steep roof angle, but they know how to navigate this. They added the proper concrete board, smoothed everything out, and put the lip that was needed onto the chimney as well. They ensured that everything was left clean and tidy too. Excellent, professional job, with very knowledgeable team and leadership! The cost was very reasonable too. Some companies wanted double...and I am so glad I found them!"

"We purchased our home two years ago from a previous owner who had let the property fall into disrepair. The wooden deck was so rotten you could see the ground through it and years of weather had also damaged the siding of the house which the deck was attached to. The paved walkway leading to the deck and adjacent flower beds were overgrown with weeds and trampled rocks which was a major eyesore. We obtained several quotes and Semper Fi was on the higher end but could complete both the demo of the deck, installation of the patio as well as the yard work. Other quotes were higher without the yard work component. Robert was very patient and answered all of our questions. He supplied us with renderings of the patio and made several revisions. We chose the materials and made a few adjustments along the way which he handled with grace saying he wanted us to be happy with the end result. Semper Fi does not repair siding, but was able to recommend someone who was equally skilled. He replaced our rotten sill plate and found a perfect match for our vinyl siding which I NEVER thought we’d be able to match. The Semper Fi crew and had a high attention to detail and the office staff kept us informed along the way. The result is a patio we are very proud of and a yard that we no longer have to be ashamed of. Our neighbors are delighted. We plan on using Semper Fi again to make some more improvements to other areas of our yard in the future and I recommend Robert and his team without any reservations. We are happy with the work and feel the price was reasonable for the quality and amount of work."
