During the install there was a miscommunication with the crew and that lead to inadequate wood repair in the beginning. At this point I called the project manager Walter and explained the situation to him. Shortly after Walter came to my house with the field manager Mike and they both did a more thorough inspection of the wood repair and we came to the solution that best fit my home. After the wood repair incident everything went very smoothly. The crew worked very hard and did beautiful work after they took care of the newly installed wood. Overall the experience good. There was a problem but the way the company responded was great and I was very happy with the final outcome of the project."

My main issue is that they picked out a few finishes without our approval that did not align with our design concept that we had showed him. Then when we mentioned it, he said that we would need to re-buy the materials that we would want since the original ones were already purchased. He also finished about 85 or 90% of the project within his original time projection. That said, he didn’t finish the remaining 10 to 15% until several months later. All in all, they offer great value for the money. I would just say you as the client and project manager should just stay on top of the project and finishes and if you do, you’ll be in great hands with Harris. I would definitely hire Harris again for another project."
