"Exceptional work! We had Mike design our basement layout, and had a fantastic experience. Not only did we like the results, the contractors we sent the plans to said his design was some of the best they had seen (dimensions, completeness, etc). We opted to have Mike provide 3 initial designs, and paid extra for 3d renderings which were well worth the money to visualize the completed space. Our designs included a closet, exercise area, dining area, bedroom, office, bathroom, family room (with kitchenette), and a TV wall. I have zero regrets, and Mike was easy to work with, turned the designs around per our timeline, and provided all of the drawings needed to bid out the work. I would recommend him to anyone!"

"Jessa was wonderful to work with! She explained the process in a way I could understand, was prompt with communications and I actually enjoyed it. She told me building a house might lead to building more and I can see why. It's immensely satisfying to design something and then see it come to life! We were told the drafting would be 3-5 weeks and we took every bit of 5 weeks because we really wanted to take our time in between each revision. I'm glad they didn't hurry us because as a family we did not agree on certain details quickly. Love our forever home and so glad we chose the right place for the design and drafting."

She was mindful of my budget and offered great advice on repurposing a few essential items I already had. The final product was so lovely I could use my office as a recording space for a work video! I also worked with her on my house purchase and was able to initially use her expertise to look over home inspections, view houses via video chat and help me make a decision on the feasibility of said homes. Gabrielle's knowledge was imperative in my home buying decision. Furthermore, she was also pivotal in a kitchen remodle that I did in my small cottage home, attached to my main house. She helped us think of a strategy for removing a partial wall and also how to best position, construct and install a kitchen island. Needless to say, Gabrielle is a one stop shop for any building, interior and consulting needs that anyone has while building, buying, renovating or decorating a home. "Signed the Papers with Jeff on 7/11/14 to build a deck, he
said it would take about three weeks before he could start, and that the job
would only take about a week to complete since it was not a complicated job.
They started the job on 8/19/14 39 days later, and the job
was complete on 9/5/14 17 days after start, he did not pull the permit until
9/2/14, after he started the job, the finial inspection was not complete until
9/10/14 (5 days after they completed), the city made him go back and made a few
corrections. Communication was lacking, phone calls not returned timely.
Jeff wanted me to pay him before the final inspection was
complete, I refused, he kept saying there wouldn?t be any problems, however
there was, and it took five days to correct them. I was glad I did not pay him
before the final inspection was signed off.
All in all the deck turned out good, the quality of workmanship
was good, but the time periods that Jeff told me from day one turned out to be
not true, and I think it its very unprofessional to even start the job before
he had the permit in hand or to keep requesting final payment until the
inspection was finalized.
