"Ben with Green Clean’s 24/7 response promptly arrived at my home and met me in tears. My husband and I had discovered very sentimental items, to be wet. Immediately a thorough inspection was conducted using specialized equipment, to locate the water. The source of water was determined to have been a main shower valve failure. Ben sat me down and explained the importance of elimination the water and why. Outlined before me was a plan of action, that made sense and brought me peace of mind and reassurance, that the problem would be dealt with at once, to prevent further damage. Rob, Collin and Tony, safeguarded the affected areas and eliminated those contents from our home (carpet, padding, drywall, trim, etc.). We felt so fortunate to have them as our team! Educating us throughout the process. They were not just knowledgeable but trustworthy and sincere and our dogs loved them! We will absolutely utilize their wide array of services in the near future. "

"I used this company in the 1990s to clean some upholstery and my carpeting and they did a great job. Then I somehow got the idea they no longer did residential (which is incorrect). I had other companies "clean" my carpet and was always disappointed. in 2022, I decided to ask if they did residential - they had never stopped! They came out and did and estimate and cleaned my carpets, including some beautiful wool carpet. They had to use the portable unit die to my condo configuration, but they did a great job. I couldn't believe how much dirt came out. The carpets dried quickly and felt soft and clean. Now, a year later, they came out again and I had perfect carpeting again. They are punctual, professional, friendly, and do a great job. I had them take away a wool rug to be cleaned, and it was beautifully cleaned, dried and wrapped for me to pick up. I plan to have them back next year for another round of carpet cleaning. I highly recommend Exclusively Yours - they will do a great job."
