The project supervisor on site let me know things dealing with my roof that could not be seen until the shingles were removed. There was a large hole in the wood from standing rain water near my chimney. He sent me a picture and did not repair it without my approval. "They did an excellent job and did quicker than we thought they were going to. It had to be done in between the rain days, and when they arrived the shingles hadn't arrived yet. They started stripping the old ones off and the truck had arrived with the new ones. They put them on and got it done by sunset the same day! They also fixed some siding for me and replaced a vent cover. The roof looks great! I would recommend them."

"We hired Triangle Home Exteriors for a full wrap siding work after reading about them and meeting with Beth in person. Beth was patient and helpful and negotiated with us regarding additional projects and detailed the work in a nice presentation and through the invoices. The gem to her business is Brandon her project manager who helped moved items out of the way and made sure the crew stayed on task and even sometimes took to task himself on the project or brought something to attention when something even a small detail did not look correct, which my daughter respected. All house projects can be a little stressful especially smack dab in the middle of the holiday season like ours was, but 3/4 of the job was done before X-mas, and it turned out well especially the siding color and trim. "Ralph Bertrand from Home Genius Exteriors came out to thoroughly examine our roof. Ralph showed us many photos & a video of our roof, outside & inside. Ralph took the time to answer any questions we had. He explained the various products used & levels of warranty available. We really appreciated the time Ralph spent explaining everything to us, all without pressure to buy. The day of install arrived & the team was on time & ready to work! One thing we liked was that there was someone there from Home Genius Exteriors during the whole time of install. Richard Bowan, the Install Manager, was there to oversee everything & he did an amazing job. They placed large tarps over all our landscaping & got right to work. Rich kept us updated on progress throughout the day & answered any questions we had. In addition to the new roof, we also had new gutters with leaf guards & downspouts installed. When the work was completed, we walked around the house with Rich. Everything was completely cleaned up; there was nothing left behind or out of place. Our home looks amazing. The new roof, gutters & downspouts really look beautiful. We loved our experience with Home Genius Exteriors, especially working with both Ralph & Rich. They were so professional & knowledgeable. "I learned about Devan from a mutual friend. Although I was initially concerned that Raven RS was a relatively new company, I turned the project over to Devan and he did a fantastic job. We were a bit skeptical that the insurance company would approve a full roof replacement, but thanks to Evan’s diligent efforts we received the full approval. If we had someone less knowledgeable about the insurance claim process this project would have been far more costly. Devan enthusiastically worked with us to add some non-roofing items to the overall budget and that made the end result much better. As with any project of this size there were a few things that needed to be corrected, but Devan handled those professionally and in a timely manner. "Recently had my roof condition reviewed by Southern National Roofing company after noticing some leaks by chimney. Through this process I interfaced with Brett who was extremely knowledgeable and provided no high pressure tactics. After conducting a rather thorough review of the attic, Brett identified locations of leaks I had previously noted and a few additional locations. After negotiations on the selection of shingles, schedule and cost, agreement was reached in a rather streamline process. Negotiations were concluded quickly and finance arrangements made without any hassles. Over the couple of week before project started, both Brett and folks from the company kept in contact. Work started on schedule and the crew was extremely professional, polite and hard working. Crew protected all plants, shrubs and walkways and then kept up with clean-up as old roofing was removed. All decking areas with any signs of water damage was removed and replaced. The crew worked **** ** the over 4400 sq ft roof. We were extremely pleased with the appearance of the final product. And we appreciate the final review that was conducted a few days later to ensure all our expectations were meet. The guarantee that came with the contract ensured that we were not only protected but that the the guarantee was transferable should we sell the property in the future. Having owned eight properties in my working career, I have had 4 roofs replaced and this was by far the easiest and most satisfying project that I had experienced.
