"I requested a quote through Angies list on 11-27-20. I got a response from the company on 11-30-20 and received a quote on 12-1-20 after Steve came out and looked at roof. I had already gotten four other quotes and was trying to decide who to go with when Steve called back on 12-9-20 to see to see if I had decided, said they had room for a small job in between some bigger jobs. After a little price haggling I told them to go ahead with the job. They came out Friday 12-11-20 at 7:30 am and had old shingles removed and new shingles installed and clean-up done by 4:30pm. I was very pleased with the entire process from first contact to last contact which was Barry stopping by a few days later to pick up check. "Great experience from start to finish. Carter was a great help in navigating the initial inspection of the roof and then helping us file the claim with our insurance carrier. He then came and met with the insurance adjuster when he evaluated the roof - so that the adjuster was aware of the items that Carter identified in his initial inspection. Next, Shawna was very helpful with picking the roofing material and working through the steps up to installation. Claytonia was very helpful with the payment process, once we had received the insurance check. Within just a few days of the initial payment, the crew was here installing the new roof. They were efficient and removing and replacing the new roof - and installing a new skylight. They completed our house and my workshop in less than a day. They cleaned up, including double/triple checking to get all the nails from the removed roofing. The young man who led the roofing crew was very polite and helpful with a few things that required our participation. Then Claytonia was back once the work was done to handle the certificate of completion and getting that to our insurance company so we could receive the final payment. The experience was excellent. Beth was patient and helpful and negotiated with us regarding additional projects and detailed the work in a nice presentation and through the invoices. The gem to her business is Brandon her project manager who helped moved items out of the way and made sure the crew stayed on task and even sometimes took to task himself on the project or brought something to attention when something even a small detail did not look correct, which my daughter respected. All house projects can be a little stressful especially smack dab in the middle of the holiday season like ours was, but 3/4 of the job was done before X-mas, and it turned out well especially the siding color and trim. "Recently had my roof condition reviewed by Southern National Roofing company after noticing some leaks by chimney. Through this process I interfaced with Brett who was extremely knowledgeable and provided no high pressure tactics. After conducting a rather thorough review of the attic, Brett identified locations of leaks I had previously noted and a few additional locations. After negotiations on the selection of shingles, schedule and cost, agreement was reached in a rather streamline process. Negotiations were concluded quickly and finance arrangements made without any hassles. Over the couple of week before project started, both Brett and folks from the company kept in contact. Work started on schedule and the crew was extremely professional, polite and hard working. Crew protected all plants, shrubs and walkways and then kept up with clean-up as old roofing was removed. All decking areas with any signs of water damage was removed and replaced. The crew worked **** ** the over 4400 sq ft roof. We were extremely pleased with the appearance of the final product. And we appreciate the final review that was conducted a few days later to ensure all our expectations were meet. We were a bit skeptical that the insurance company would approve a full roof replacement, but thanks to Evan’s diligent efforts we received the full approval. If we had someone less knowledgeable about the insurance claim process this project would have been far more costly.
