"I hired them to build a concrete slab for a shed. I paid $10k+ and within a month it has sunk and shifted. Itâ s going to cost $3k to have another company come in a fix the issue. I reached out to Rivera several times to request help with the issue and got no response whatsoever. They will not stand behind their work. I would avoid them. Iâ ve never had a situation where a contractor just ghosts you when you have a problem with the quality of the work."

"Season to Season has been frustrating to work with. We hired them because they appeared to be very professional and knowledgeable. However, the crews who came to do the work seemed to have been given very little instruction leaving it on us to manage the project which was difficult to do while working and taking care of our children. We had to have them come back multiple times in order to ensure that the project was done correctly. We went months without hearing anything from them leading us to assume that they were not going to come back at all. Finally, after almost a year, the project is complete. I would not recommend working with this company. "

"Our backyard had a large uphill slope, rendering most of it unusable. Additionally, there were drainage problems and a lack of privacy. All of these prevented us from enjoying our yard. Gardens of the Carolinas was the most responsive when we initiated initial inquiries, which continued throughout our project. John and his team were fantastic to work with for our backyard project.
