"In the early winter of 2023 the Reliable Home Improvement came to our house to resolve the issue with the patio roof, and whole fixing the roof they have destroyed the patio - it has slides of the main structure/house that it was attached to creating hazardous conditions for my little kids and the rest of the family if we were to use it. This business claims to have the warranty-resolve any issues within 5 years from the time the job done, but they do not follow their own guarantee guideline. Multiple times we tried to contact them but the owner has never responded or took ownership of the bad job done. We paid them $7k. And after the issues they created with patio we had to pay another $7k to fix it."
