Anyway, Robert explained he could complete the job , came with a contact detailing work to be done and an estimate of cost based on the pictures. After inspection of the roof, the estimate was within parameters. Contract papers was signed, Robert got to work right a away. Robert is trustworthy and truthful, he did a perfect job! repairing my roof. I appreciate Robert’s interpersonal and professional qualities… I had no worries about him completing the work. He was honest and fair pricing , trustworthy. I highly recommend Robert for any roof work or repair … you can count on him . Unfortunately , I was scammed by a roofer from Thumbtack for which I broke all the rules to protect myself ; hard lessons learned! However, Robert came with written contact, estimate, proof of license and accepted no money until the job was completed . Those are the rules of business which I didn’t followed the first time and was scanned . Robert is truly and highly recommended!"

"Avi came out promptly and gave me a quote for my 3 bed 2 bath 1410sf home. I liked him from the beginning. He climbed up on the roof to assess current condition and stated it needed replacement. He sat down with me to discuss all options. He answered my questions and put me at ease. We discussed schedule and I was happy he could begin in about 2 weeks. Other quotes I received were 3 month lead time for installation. I checked out his license and insurance and all current. I signed a contract and next thing I know the roof was installed and passed inspection. He even cleaned the leaves out of my gutters! His crew was friendly and cleaned up each day. Very good experience."

"They kept breaking the tiles on the roof they installed so they had to keep ordering new tiles to complete the job. The problem was they resorted to texting on occasion until they were asked to actually call us to resolve, which is not very professional. Our biggest concern is the solar installation. There were delays because they did not install the correct breaker. Now we found out that some of the panels are facing the wrong way and need to be re-positioned. We are unable to monitor the effectiveness of the system they put in even though they told us we would be able to. They're having trouble getting access to monitoring for us so they can see what is happening with our panels but we can't. They have continually asked for payment although they have not completed the job to our satisfaction. That was the same even when the roof wasn't completed they wanted payment. I would not recommend them to others. They were great at first but their responsiveness has been lacking and the work has continually gotten sloppier. Their demands for the payment have also become more frequent."
