They stood by what I was originally quoted and I really appreciated that. They apologized saying the person I spoke with was still a little new but they honored the price I was quoted."

"Augie does a good job--if he comes. In the past year, he no-showed (without notice) because his daughter needed his help moving, it was his birthday and he was busy with family, and his relative had a motorcycle accident. And in the years I've known him (same with my daughter, and same reported on Next Door) it's the same, constant rescheduling and no-shows. So if you can get him to your house, you will be pleased with his work, but do expect to be stood up. As for me, I am old, not well, and simply can't deal with this any longer."
