Anyway, Robert explained he could complete the job , came with a contact detailing work to be done and an estimate of cost based on the pictures. "Arnoldo Ramirez was very detailed and very careful in performing the necessary tiles repair ( about 4 broken, missing or shifted tiles) and dry-rot back rafter. He was very particular in ensuring that the finished results are of the highest quality . In repairing the back wood rafter, he wanted the same color paint so that the new rafter would match the existing rafter and outside of house. A good indication of his good workmanship and pride in his work ! He is very professional in meeting the committed timeline and requirements. Throughout the job , he was courteous and easy to work. I would highly recommend him for any roofing job."
