Steve, owner, left bald spots, lakes where ground not leveled and rocky and he did not bring in the dirt as promised. CSLB made him correct the problem. "I am now having problems in opening, closing and locking my security door. I have called 4 times to schedule an appointment to have Mr. Patterson to come out and adjust my door. After the first call, he made an appointment but never showed up or called. He then called me the next day and said he could come. I had two appointments that day.
