"We recently moved into a new place and knew that our roof was going to need some work and had leaks that had been patched by the previous owners. We had several roofing companies come by and check it out and by far T & G Roofing gave us the most comprehensive description of what needed to be done, how they were going to do it, and what it was going to cost us. Mike Cernile came to our home for the inspection, and had the quote back to us within a couple of days. He was very good at describing what was wrong with the current roof and what would be required to re-roof the home. He was the ONLY person among all the companies we talked to who described where the trucks would need to park and what damage that might cause to our yard, which my wife and I were very thankful for as there were no surprises the days the crews came to do the work. The tear-off was over in less than a day, and the roofing crew was there the very next day to start the work. The entire project was completed quickly and efficiently, with all the work being permitted and inspected. We are very satisfied with the roof we received from T & G."

"I called and spoke to Lonnie. He came out and showed up on time, asked a few questions, and went up onto the roof. He initially did not see any particularly horrible spots on the roof, but saw the interior water stains on the ceiling. He decided that he would patch/coat the general area for FREE, and then I should let him know if it works, because the issue could be minor...or possibly old. How nice is that? Wonderful customer service. Then, he went up to do the work and did find one spot that appeared to be "possibly" bad with a tear, and patched/coated it...and still did not want a payment because he wanted to make sure it worked first. It may be a month before it rains again in Palm Springs, but I will be using Elite roofing for repairs or replacement if one is needed in the future. It was the best and nicest service I've received in a very long time. He seemed to really care about doing a good job for me."

"I have had 2 leaks at my rental property which have been a source of constant pain for the last year. My handy man tried repairing it twice unsuccessfully using tar. I figured it was time to get a professional and do the job right. I found Roof Repair Specialist (there name does due them justice) and set a appointment. They showed up on time and clearly identified the problem, it was something that could or should not be repaired using tar. They showed me pictures and clearly explained what needed to be done. Though it was more then what I was hoping to spend I figured i should get it done right. I signed the contract and the job was scheduled.  <br /> The techs worked fast and efficiently and did everything as promised. "We have used Halo roofing twice in the past 3 months. In January we had a leak, which they came and repaired, successfully. In March, we developed another leak, on a completely different area of our roof, and they have just completed the repairs today. Ron Schwartz came out both times to give us an estimate. He used a drone to take pictures of our roof, and then used those photos to explain the problem and give us a quote. The same crew came out both times. They worked hard, cleaned up after themselves, and were respectful and pleasant to have around. Most importantly, they fixed our first leak, and I assume the second leak is now also fixed. We found Halo Roofing to be responsive, effective, easy to work with, and we would call them again should the need ever arise. Note: first job cost $2085, and second job cost $6960."

"We have had 4 roof repairs in the past 2 years. They were by far the best roofers. We have had 3 roofers out and they were the best so we have had them out twice. We have some kind of leak. It never rains here so you get a roof repair done and it doesn't rain for a year or two so you don't know if it is fixed or not. At any rate we had major rains here, and suddenly there was water coming in under the flooring around the fire place and the door. It has ruined the floor. We didn't know exactly where the water was coming in from. It was the chimney sweep who identified what he thought was some of the issues. When LA Rocque came out they advised on some things that we think might resolve the problem and we did re roofing all around the chimney, so we will see. I am pretty confident that they were both trouble shooters trying to figure out the problem and where they leak was coming from. They say they come at a certain time. They were actually a half of an hour early. They are clean, they pick up after themselves. You can just see the work, it is very very good. It was exactly what they quoted."

"We obtained bids from several companies to replace our HOA roof.  Lansford Roofing's bid was fair in price and, very importantly, we knew from the first meeting that he was an honest businessman and would be easy to work with.  We presented the bids to our HOA members and several questions were raised.  Robert answered all of these questions and concerns promptly and professionally.  He kept us informed as to timing of the various steps in the process, when deliveries would be made, when City Inspectors would be coming etc.  An unexpected snag occurred with the subcontractor originally chosen to do the tear-off.  Robert handled this quickly and prevented what could have been a substantial delay.  His crew was polite and respectful to all the unit owners.  They arrived on time every day and cleaned up every night.  Magnets were run over all the yards to pick up any loose nails or metal from the job.  We still found a few but that is to be expected considering the size of the job.  The new roof looks terrific and there are many additional attic vents than before which should be of great help in our hot summers.  They did an outstanding job and our HOA highly recommends Lansford Roofing. <br />"
