My a/c compressor had stopped working which means no cool air running throughout my house! luckily it was a simple part that needed to be replaced, and the cost was within reason. When I called to ask why they did not show up for the 12 to two appointment they stated they came earlier in the day and since no one answered the door they left.... I have six dogs sitting in the living room with me 10 feet from the door... No one knocked. Lie after lie was told, there are plenty of other businesses for carpet cleaning find one of those to use."

The vacuum smelled dusty, I had to follow the guy around to be sure he did all the vents after he told me he had done 2 downstairs and they were both full of dirt in the box part before it goes back to the vent. Overall, I wish I'd gone with a more expensive company that I found on my own. This has made me mistrustful of Angie's list as well. Disappointing."
