Steve was true to his word and came on time every single time. He was able to finish the entire first floor in 3 days. Steve and his wonderful assistant worked non-stop. These are the most hard-working people I've ever met and I have met thousands of people during my career. If you want ethical professionalism, a perfectionist, and an expert in flooring then you should give Steve a call. "Carpet was removed creating a dust storm in my home. MC outsources the work to an independent contractor from Vallejo (120 miles away). They didn't bring a vacuum or any way to cover my furniture, not was I advised to prepare for dust. I used my own vacuum and lent it to the installer. MC failed to consult me on wall moulding, and the installer left me with a mess. The walls and used moulding had to be completely repainted costing me another $2000. I complained to MC about squeaks in the stairs and missing caulking. They sent the installer back out, and he said he was going to buy some caulking, and I never saw him again. All in all I wish I would have gone with the bid from Lowe's."
