Training was done by a superb trainer that our dog took to immediately. You can tell they care about their profession as well as the animal. A year later, damage was done by a third party. "After the 3rd patch on my existing roof, it was time to replace the roof. Got an estimate from local roofer who did the repair, and from FB. FB was significantly lower for what has a strip and replace on a simple 2 plane roof. The estimator worked with me as a truckdriver with limited home time to schedule his estimate with my home time. He was pleasant and professional. On day scheduled for the work to be done, the workers, and equipment arrived as promised. They started about 8am and was done by noon. Cleanup was well done, and the dumpster for debris was gone by that afternoon."

"I bought a fence through Lowes. R.E. Connors was the installing company contracted to complete the wok. Unfortunate for me, it was a winter install. There were 2 delays due to freezing temps, snow and rain. Once I moved the date then called back to reschedule. The office was completing accommodating to my mic up. On the install date, the lead crew person was professional and courteous. He walked the property line with me and explained the job. A Lowes manager showed up as well and asked if I had questions. There were a couple hiccups that were resolved quickly and efficiently with complete communication from R.E. Connors managers. upon completion of the fence, the Lead installer walked the fence with me again and answered all my questions. He also made sure all scraps within his or my sight was picked up. The company and install crew went above and beyond when I asked for a few specific requests. I would recommend this company."

"Once the green light for the project was given, our fencing project was underway. Doug had the utility company come check for buried utilities, and had materials delivered the morning his crew was starting. The guys set the footers on Day One and built the fence on Day Two. They cleaned up all their building supplies plus disposed of the fences that were removed. Not only do we love the fence, our neighbors do as well. The guys worked around trees, tons of tree roots, were respectful of the neighbor's garden, and cared about the quality of their work."

"He did a very nice job.  He showed up on time and repaired a gate about 5 or 10 years ago.  He did everything he said he would do and when I asked him to come back and fix my gate, he did and didn’t charge me anything extra as it was a part of the deal.  He came on time as he said, did everything, cleaned up himself and didn’t leave anything behind."
