"The first job he did (remove a huge crepe myrtle) went well. I was so impressed that I gave him an extra $100 over the price of $1,000. Had Donnie hxxxxx 6/10 to remove some smaller shrubs that were very crowded - about 1/2 hour of work - couldn't take the shrubs with him that day. I've contacted him a couple of times to come & remove the dead shrubs - he has not. Very disappointed and I will NOT recommend him to anyone else. I asked him to have the shrubs removed by yesterday 6/28. I was even going to give him $50 cash to remove some old wood that is on my property. I withdrew that offer. "

"Excellent! Arrived at the projected time and quickly collected a large pile of tree limbs, sticks and other branches with leaves and loaded and hauled away. We had a storm recently and two large trees lost a good deal of branches. Appreciate the job well done!"

"In October of 2024 Shane came out to give me a quote for yard clean up. After several calls by me, I finally got a start date. Shane called me and said they could start a day early and I was fine with that but they showed up at 5:30pm. I was told they would start at noon. The next day (actual start date) they showed up at 7:30pm and were there for a half hour and left because getting dark. I was told they would be there the next day at 9am. At 10:30am I called Shane asking where the crew was. He actually argued with me telling me they were there. So apparently I was blind. They showed up after 11am and they finished while I was out. Only half the job was done. I emailed all photos of areas not done with pic of contract for those areas quoted. In no way did Shane reach out to see if everything was done. I had to hire another company to finish what they did not do. When I got the bill, I reached out to Shane and said we need to revisit this bill because not everything done. He offered a $150 discount (via Sara's email) which was laughable and said "if ok we will send a new invoice". I sent an email back saying $150 is not acceptable and got no response. No response for 5 months! I got an email 5 months later saying my bill was delinquent but they cut the bill in half. I never received new invoice that showed bill was cut in half till 5 months after my last contact with them. They are not trustworthy and play games. If I could give a zero, I would."

"If I could give them zero stars, I would. Bruce's crew is the most unprofessional group of people I've ever dealt with. They lie, do sloppy work, and then have the audacity to yell at me and call me names when I try to talk to them about it. They accused me and others of yelling at their crew members, but that's not true. I have everything recorded, and I'm going to share it with the HOA and other communities in the area so everyone knows what they're like. I suggest that if anyone looks for a company to do lawn care... look elsewhere."
