"This moving company did a great job . Firom the initial contact with customer service to set up my move they were very professional, answering all my questions even after calling them multiple times. Working with this company was very easy and pleasant. The actual movers were courteous and pleasant and they respected the items they were packing and they did an excellent job. The cost of this movie was quite a nice surprise and very affordable . I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family."

"Moving APT's team were first class professionals at both ends of our move. From packing day to loading and unloading, the Waters Team was efficient, courteous and always willing to provide the little extra help I'd requested. I'd Highly recommend Moving APT for an out of state relocation."

"This is the 4th time I ve used HireAHelper for a move. And this is the first time I ve run into any issues. The customer service was phenomenal. The mover I hired was unable to complete the job after they confirmed. I was called immediately and told what was going on and they were working on a replacement company. Within the hour I had a replacement company to help with our move the following day."

"The move went well. This company is run by a husband and wife team Dave and Hannah. They run a professional business. Their team was awesome. They were all polite and professional. They wrapped the furniture well. There were enough men to load and unload the truck quickly. Out of 300 pieces inclusive of furniture and boxes I had one broken glass top which they offered to pay for. Here’s some advice: #1 Have them come a see what you are moving to get an accurate price. I had a surprise increase on move day but it was my fault because I underestimated the amount of boxes and items to be moved. #2 Beware of the tip at the end. While it was well deserved, it was more than I was prepared to pay at that time. They are looking for 20% so each guy gets something. I would ask, are there any additional fees or monetary expectations. Overall, I was so pleased with the outcome that I recommended them to my BFF who moved here shortly after I did and my sister who will be relocating in the Spring."

"Ed arrived promptly, even though he had called to say that he had hit traffic and might be late.  He and his helper went right to work and carried out some pretty heavy stuff.  He even removed old paint cans and a cabinet TV from the 2nd floor.  On my request he and Roger carried a heavy TV table from the first to the second floor and even lifted the older very heavy TV onto it.  Since the extra moving was not part of the bargain, he charged a slight fee for doing this.  Ed is quite personable and very professional; he sorts the junk and takes it to the appropriate landfill or recycling center.  A class act!

"I have used Moving Ahead Services for a move from Ohio in 2018 and again for items in storage in 2019. I additional used their services in 2020 for a move from an apartment and refereed them to family for a move in June of 2021. Most recently used them December 2021 for items from storage to a house of which the crew was professional, efficient and thorough. If I could I would give them 10 stars, I can't say enough of good things about this company from talking to them on the phone corresponding through emails or text, the most superb of courteous, proficient and outstanding customer service for moving. Excellent"

"The night before they were to arrive at my new home, I was told I could no longer use my credit card for the final payment and I had to supply a cashiers check. Would not have been a big issue if I was given more notice as I do not have a physical bank within 3 or 4 hours of my new home. Movers were respectful and courteous with my furniture and moving around my children while packing the old house and setting up the rooms in the new house. Issues that stand out include: an entire drawer of cookware was not packed. Wedding gifts were lost in transit, they would not (not allowed) help set up/mount the TVs. I was required to pay for 2 of their largest moving trucks and after looking at how everything was packed...it could have fit into one truck. In regard to the missing items, due to the size of my house, it was going to cost an extra $100k to insure my belongings. A fee I was not prepared to fund and assumed was unnecessary since the move was a 24hour turnaround from packing to unpacking. Monetarily it was not worth the extra $$, because the lost items can be replaced - however if you are looking at this company, know that even with the shortest turnaround time - some of your items may still be missing when you go through the boxes. In regard to their worth in comparison to packing and moving yourself - it was completely hands off for me, and I was able to multitask on our final day which made everything run so much smoother. The movers listened to my concerns with protecting fragile items and worked relatively quickly."

"I Couldn’t have asked for a more professional, better service, I will 100% use and recommend slicks moving to anyone that’s looking for a legit professional and time efficient moving service. They cared for my belongings as if it were their own, also very pleasant and polite people to deal with."

"This was a great group of young men. They moved efficiently and with a purpose and they took great care of my things. They were very professional and respectful gentleman I will definitely be using their services in the future, I 100% recommend."
