"Sergio was amazing! He was able to use the existing materials we at at the house. ( We tried to DIY it and it did not go well.) I had several other companies come out and look at it and many of them said it could not be repaired and must be replaced. That would have been a $15,000-$20,000 job. I explained to Sergio that we needed it fixed so that we could pass the inspection for the appraisal of the home and the refinance that we are in the process of completing. I explained that my husband was an over the road truck driver and I could not wait for him to get home to get it completed. I also explained that we did not have all the tools that we needed to get it done ourselves and I was worried about it not being repaired correctly. "Excellent! McHugh's Residential Construction remodeled our kitchen a few years ago and did a wonderful job so we hired them again. This time they remodeled out bathroom. The bathroom is beautiful! They are hardworking, prompt, reliable and trustworthy. They were in communication with us throughout the project. They arrived when they said they would and worked all day. This was a full remodel. The work included; removing the drop ceiling, installing recessed lights, vanity light, a vanity with granite top, sink, faucet, mirror, tile shower, glass enclosure, wall tiles, paint on the walls, trim and door and more. It is beautiful! They listened to all of our concerns and helped with decisions. For example, one of my main concerns was the shower floor. I did not want anything that would be slippery at all. Bryan McHugh picked out the shower floor tile and it is perfect! We are planning on hiring them again for the guest bathroom and will complete another review when that bathroom is complete. "Frank returned our call within 24 hours and scheduled an appointment for an estimate of repairs. He was prompt and courteous. When repairs were made, Frank and his crew arrived when expected. Most of the back half of the roof metal had to be replaced due to removing the framework that held the solar panels. His crew removed the damaged metal from the roof starting in the afternoon and returned the next morning and finished all repairs in the early afternoon. They cleaned up the work area each day and left everything neat and orderly. The entire crew was professional, courteous, and efficient. It was a pleasure to have them do the work. Solarshield had originally installed the roof in 2005. His crew at that time was equally professional and great to work with."
