"We had some trouble scheduling this service- they decided their schedule very last minute and communication about weather and re-scheduling proved difficult. However, once the crew showed up, they really blew us away. Our yard had once been really beautifully landscaped but it changed owners and was left to become really overgrown with weeds and ivy. My husband and I both work full time and struggled to get it under control when we moved in and after two summers and non-stop weeding (which didn't really work anyway), we decided to get some help. They came in and not only pulled the weeds but they dug up and removed tons of ivy, hauled out old branches and bricks and stones, and took out all the existing leaves and debris out of all of the planting beds. When we got back, there was just nice clean dirt where a weedy nightmare has once been. I really can't believe they were able to do so much in one day and for a really reasonable price. It let us get a nice blank slate and our yard is so much more manageable now."

"Next Level did an excellent job resolving my standing water issue in my backyard. I felt comfortable for the first time in a very long time walking in the backyard without having to avoid mud, puddles of water, and mowing the lawn with confidence of not turning wet areas into a muddy mess. Next Level explained what were materials used and how the drainage system operates. Even after long periods of rain, Next Level was able to salvage the top layer of grass and was able to place it back after installation of the drainage system without me having to re-sod the yard. In doing so, saved me money, which is a blessing. After the work was over and a little TLC, it didn't take long for my lawn to recover. Next Level did an excellent job with the drainage system. A few years prior they also installed my sprinkler system."

"Troy and the Superior Landscaping crew were FABULOUS from the very first phone call to finish!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I got estimates from multiple places for French Drain install for our backyard that would oversaturate with water (due to design flaw on new build home property) and not only was Superior Landscaping most competitively priced, Troy was totally on the ball with getting the estimate to us right away and even calling to check in with us; whereas it took so long and I had to place multiple calls to get calls returned from other companies! Superior Landscaping is a rare gem when it comes to customer service I was so impressed with how much better Troy and Superior Landscaping was from the rest! Don't waste your time calling around other places like I did (I've done the work for you!) Superior Landscaping can be your one and only call and you will be so happy you did! Troy made himself avail to answer all questions if they arose before the drain install. The French Drain installation was flawless and the crew was so wonderful and friendly and were great with our 2 boys who wanted to watch them work. So happy we'll be able to have a usable yard to play in when it's finally warm again! (It was practically a moat with small pond pockets before the French Drain install). "We hired Northern Virginia Landscaping Virginia Landscaping to help with a drainage issue in our yard. Overall, they were outstanding. Specifically, - We invited several companies to assess the project and Northern Virginia Landscaping were the best in terms of showing up when promised, thoroughly assessing the issue, and suggesting a plan for how to proceed. It’s amazing how many other companies missed key issues, came up with half-baked plans, or didn’t show up at all. - When we retained Northern Virginia Landscaping, Ibi, the owner, worked closely with us to come up with a design that was both practical and aesthetic. - Ibi was very open to negotiation, helping us prioritize different parts of the project and evaluate trade offs between costs of various parts of the design. He also specifically sought our input into the design through the process. By the end, we felt like the design was our own. - Once the design was finalized, Ibi was clear about when the work would begin and how long it would take. When heavy rains delayed his crew at another project, he was clear with us about what that meant for our start date. Overall, the communication and customer service were excellent and Ibi made himself fully available when we had questions. - Once the work began, it went very smoothly and largely according to plan. We knew exactly what would happen when and on the few occasions there were unanticipated decisions needing to be made, Ibi consulted us on our options and quickly incorporated our feedback into the work. - We did not necessarily seek out the lowest cost option, but the prices were very reasonable given the high quality product. Just as important, the pricing was very transparent and there were no “surprise” costs once the project began. The work was completed on time, on budget, and on spec. Ibi also did a final walk through with us to make sure we were satisfied and to answer our questions. Overall, we very very happy with Northern Virginia Landscaping. They seem like an energetic young company that wants to give their clients great work and customer service at a reasonable price."
