Everything from the initial meeting to the final walkthrough was great! The design team worked with us to create exactly what we wanted. CJ, the project manager, along with Milton and his crew were very professional and a delight to work with. They explained the process and answered all our questions. They went the Xtra mile to make sure we were completely pleased with every detail. The materials were top quality and the end result is beautiful. Once the hardscaping was complete landscaping came in and added the final gorgeous touches with the trees and plants we selected. Thank you to the entire crew from XtraCare for creating our outdoor sanctuary...We love it!"

"Thank you Lily & Team: I contracted with MA Cleaning and Landscape to provide a hardscape solution under my new deck, including a concrete pad and decorative pebbles. They consulted with me on construction day, and completed the $2900 job nicely in 2 days. Being pleased with their work, I asked for help designing a landscape project along a 50 foot stone wall. That $2200 job was also done very well in one day. When issues arose, Lily handled them like a boss. I really appreciated her calling me directly to offer a solution. Lily was very kind and highly professional, which makes a huge difference with me. I am posting this review because I want people to know they can trust lily and her team to do the right thing. I can also highly recommend them for both hardscape and landscape design. "We met with Glen on Friday, July 7th to get a concrete walkway and patio to our egress walkout in the back of our house. Glen was very personable and did a great job of explaining exactly what would be done and his high expectations for the product. Glen even drew a picture of his idea so we could really visualize it. I am a visual person and appreciated this greatly. I got the sense from Glen that he takes a lot of pride in his business and wants his customers to have the same product he would expect for himself. I sent Glen a couple of emails between Friday (July 7) and Wednesday (July 12) trying to find out exactly when they were coming but didnÂ’t hear back right away. He did end up getting back to me on Thursday (July 13) and apologized for the absence of communication. He said IÂ’m sorry I didnÂ’t get back to you. I donÂ’t have an excuse and I apologize. I really respected his honesty and his willingness to take responsibility. When youÂ’re running a business and things get busy sometimes things fall through the cracks. I know this and was very impressed that he owned up to it. This is the way to run a business! :) The guys came out on Thursday, July 13th to begin to frame out the walkway/patio. When my husband noticed that the part where the walkway meets the driveway did not look exactly like we had talked about I called Glen and he assured me that he would speak to his guys and get it done. The next morning, Glen came out personally to make sure everything was what we wanted. Our backyard has a steep slope so Glen told us they were going to add some steps in to make it safe to walk on. This is something I never would have thought of but I love how conscious he is about safety. I really appreciate that Glen likes to make things look good but his ultimate goal is safety. It was going to rain on Friday so they decided to come back the next day and pour the concrete. They did a BEAUTIFUL job! We love our walkway & patio What I really loved about working with Glen is his honesty, work ethic and dedication to his customers. I felt very comfortable with him and trusted him instantly. I knew that he wouldnÂ’t cut corners and would make sure we got out moneyÂ’s worth. I absolutely recommend Fairfax Contractor to anyone that is looking to get work done on their home."

"Beautiful job by Troy & Co. Our backyard was useless with standing water and a mud pit under our deck, but Troy installed a french drain system and buried several downspouts to divert the water away from the middle of the yard and installed some river rock with a border under the deck to make it an attractive area versus an eye sore. Will definitely be hitting Troy back up for some more landscaping work in the spring."

"We hired Northern Virginia Landscaping Virginia Landscaping to help with a drainage issue in our yard. Overall, they were outstanding. Specifically, - We invited several companies to assess the project and Northern Virginia Landscaping were the best in terms of showing up when promised, thoroughly assessing the issue, and suggesting a plan for how to proceed. It’s amazing how many other companies missed key issues, came up with half-baked plans, or didn’t show up at all. - When we retained Northern Virginia Landscaping, Ibi, the owner, worked closely with us to come up with a design that was both practical and aesthetic. - Ibi was very open to negotiation, helping us prioritize different parts of the project and evaluate trade offs between costs of various parts of the design. He also specifically sought our input into the design through the process. By the end, we felt like the design was our own. - Once the design was finalized, Ibi was clear about when the work would begin and how long it would take. When heavy rains delayed his crew at another project, he was clear with us about what that meant for our start date. Overall, the communication and customer service were excellent and Ibi made himself fully available when we had questions. - Once the work began, it went very smoothly and largely according to plan. We knew exactly what would happen when and on the few occasions there were unanticipated decisions needing to be made, Ibi consulted us on our options and quickly incorporated our feedback into the work. - We did not necessarily seek out the lowest cost option, but the prices were very reasonable given the high quality product. Just as important, the pricing was very transparent and there were no “surprise” costs once the project began. The work was completed on time, on budget, and on spec. Ibi also did a final walk through with us to make sure we were satisfied and to answer our questions. Overall, we very very happy with Northern Virginia Landscaping. They seem like an energetic young company that wants to give their clients great work and customer service at a reasonable price."
