"Fernando, his son Frankie, and Jeb Kraft (substituting for a vacationing crew member) were excellent. Their experience, work ethic, and attitude were outstanding. Every issue that arose as they repaired work another company did several years ago was solved by Fernando. He always provided several options and we selected the best one for the situation. Because Fernando hand-dug the needed holes and trenches he had no problem when he encountered the main electric line several feet from where 811 had marked it."

"The project turned out bettter than we expected. Johnny took the time to explain everything and helped us with the design and layout of the patio. He even took care of a drain issue using his laser leveling system. The job was complicated due to existing installations that he had to work around. We are very pleased with the quality of his work."

"The work I contracted for was completed in October, 2017 and I paid on time the amount asked for. Mr. Chavarria promised the Certificate of Compliance and on Oct. 14, 2017 told me that the engineer has already come to inspect the work and has submitted the paper work to Windstorm Ins. Assoc. Since I have called several times (12's). I keep receiving excuses that the engineer is very busy, the paperwork take time, the engineer has been out of the country, etc. The bottom line is that I do not have the Certificate of Compliance and I will be having problem with my Windstorm Insurance. I really trusted this company, but at this point I do not think they are worthy of my trust. Be careful when dealing with them."

Streem Foundation Repair has an average of 12 employees. We have the usual pilings that many of our competitors use. We offer a lifetime warranty on these pilings the same as our competitors. What we dont do is overjack the perimeter of the house because we are worried about our work sinking. Many of our competitors will overjack a house to avoid any and all warranty callbacks. Some just overlift because of lack of experience, but some of the larger companys create most of our work. Once they overlift a concrete slab on the perimeter its only a matter of time before the home owner calls that same company back and the they submit an estimate between 10 and 25K for underslab tunneling. Many of our larger competitors hire an engineer to come out and tell the guys where to stopjacking a house. Anyone can lift a house, but its knowing where to stop lifting that is the key to not chasing the problem around. After a structure has sunk in the center we can pump a closed cell expanding foam under the structure and raise it back up in 1 day. This foam saves the home owner thousands and we offer a 10 year warranty. The foam also works well on driveways, patios, pools, and sidewalks. We do not subcontract at all. There is no license for foundation repair at all. Beware of persons claiming to have a special license or assoaciation type stuff. All assocations are judged by there own members. Half of the work we do inside homes is from companies that overlift the exterior of homes and advertise for underslab tunneling. Many are members of the foundation repair assoacition. The assoaciation reminds us of the best of the best ribbons in the yellow pages. Its funny when the company with the most ribbons has all the complaints from the BBB for the year and yet they get the best of the best ribbon for that year. The company gets a form to fill out from the local news paper and then they judge themselves and they put a ribbon in their ad saying they are the best of the best for that year. Also beware of the fine print on the back of some contracts it puts strict limits on their warranty. All of our pricing is done by units and we have no fine print on any of our contracts. Good day. "They did not listen to my concerns after the whole house floating floor was installed by them. Their guys rushed through the job they told my husband they had somewhere else to be. They damaged our appliance. They kept referring me back to our contract for interferences and that they weren’t responsible and said they did the job + kept us happy! We never said we WERE happy. We wanted to have the whole house flooring replaced because we were unhappy. We decided to keep the floor but asked for them to fix an area that was unlevel. They responded we did a lot of work for you already and didn’t charge you... I didn’t ask for the additional leveling for FREE. I asked how much would it cost and never got a straight answer. They do a whole lot to get you as their customer. But once you’re their customer they will not take any responsibility for their errors!"

"Very sloppy work. The asphalt started breaking up within 6 months. After about another 8 ;months later they did come back and put in more asphalt but didn't dig out the old material to do a good professional job. Within another 3 months the asphalt started breaking up again and they refuse to come back and correct their very unprofessional work. The owners kid also started cussing at me like he actually knew what he was doing. These people do not know how to apply asphalt. They are truly fly by nighters.."
