"I had been waiting 8 weeks for the pool company that put my pool in to give me an estimate for the concrete decking around the pool. The estimate was very high so I found Tom Smyrson from A to Z fence and concrete who came right over to check out the job and gave me a very reasonable estimate. "It went really well, better than expected. Mr. King was great to work with as he provided me several options for water proofing (for the future) and he installed a sump pump which is what I needed as the first step. He was on time, cleaned up after the job was done (and during) and wanted to make sure we were very happy with his work. I waited to do a review because I wanted to see how the sump pump worked after rain. We have had a couple of good rain events since it was installed and we heard it working and doing its job. The unit is a little loud, but knowing it is working and moving the water out of the crawlspace is all that matters to me."

"The process went very well. The tech removed the mortar and broken bricks. re-established the mortar and put in new bricks. He even repaired other ares that were showing signs of possible failure. The Tech's name was Juan and he did a fantastic job all in four hours."

"Foundation was repaired and leveled, but the person who came out to give the quote indicated that the skirting would be repaired and that a rotted beam at the front of the house would be replaced, and that all piers would be strapped with five (5) straps for lateral stability. The piers were replaced but only one strap was used, several of them were broken, and the rotted beam was not replaced. I didn't say anything about it when the repair was done, so they may have fixed those things if I'd been more on the ball about inspecting their work. But I don't think the details of the repair were well communicated to the work crew. The actual installation of the piers went well and the house is still level, so the main purpose of the job was achieved well enough."
