"We used Iowa Roofing for our roof repair and shingle repair needs, and as a general contractor for exterior paint, seamless gutters and gutter toppers. Very easy to work with, great communication on both of our busy schedules. Agreed to repair wood before painting and also painted the metal garage door, which was a nice surprise. They even worked with me to paint the adjoining fence, and went as far to be sure to use 3 coats of paint to get good coverage. The painting crew did a nice clean up and the roofing crew worked it all in 1 day with no mess. After the shutters were painted, they even hung them back up to me, which I did not expect! My attic only had 4 vents, and he knew it needed more, so we now have 10, which is better especially since we have our HVAC unit installed in the attic. The roofers painted the other existing vents to match too! Neighbors walking past are impressed and seriously think we had new siding, but no, just new paint and a stylish roof. Thanks!"

They left the house without siding during the middle of the winter. Wanted full payment before they completed the job. Didn't complete the trim painting until July. Job was contracted in the prior Fall. They kept putting off my job until it ended up not being completed until the following summer. Very dissatisfied with work and the negative attitude of Brian regarding payment for work that was not completed.
