"We needed all the pipes replaced in our house. We also switched to a tankless water heater. Dustin came to give us an estimate and advise when they could start the project. We had gotten a couple of estimates but something just felt different with them. We liked that we received an email with who would be coming to give us an estimate as well as a picture of the technician we should expect. It was so refreshing working with this company it reminded me of company's 50 years ago with values and a caring staff. Dustin, Mike and Anatoily had what I will refer to as the three P's. They were professional, punctual and personable. They laid drop cloths and cleaned up everyday after themselves. They even finished the job a day early than projected as we were scheduled to go out of town for five days. I would highly recommend Honest Sewer & Drain. By the other positive reviews you guys are doing a fantastic job. Keep up the good work and it was a real pleasure doing business with you."

"Called via phone, asked for an estimate and was quoted a great price. I called another company prior to calling 5 Star Plumbing and another company wanted to charge me 4 times the amount. Peter arrived early, installed the part, and tested the water heater. Provided excellent work and customer service. Highly recommend and would use his services again. Kermit was a true professional who was able to trouble shoot all issues with my sink and water in the kitchen. He corrected several issues and located all necessary parts to avoid replacing major parts like the entire faucet. Kermit was punctual, explained everything he was doing or needed to do, performed quality work and was just an all around friendly person. "Very happy with the outcome. Taylor analyzed the situation to ensure that there we no mitigating factors why a pressure relief was leaking (e.g. a failing PRV). Provided multiple options to address the leaking pressure relief valve (not on water heater, but a separately installed valve was leaking). After deciding on the valve replacement option, the work was completed within the hour (including picking up parts from a supply warehouse). Work area was left as found and the new installation looks better aligned with a faucet right next to it than before. The high quality part should last another 15-20 years. Taylor provided some education on the water system and the current setup, as to be able to look for any other signs in the future of something not working correctly with the plumbing before it becomes a problem. Also realigned the water pressure inside the house. The company's service is not inexpensive compared to some others out there. I still felt it was worth the investment."
