Because of the nature of the space to be enclosed we spent considerable time discussing and reviewing options for routing of the fence and fencing options. We setup a date in mid-July 2018 to install the fence - to allow time for materials to come in and to accommodate our June/July vacation plans. On the appointed date, James and his crew arrived to install the fence. They part of one day removing our old fence and setting posts for the new fence. They returned a day later to install the chain link. All went well. The crew did a professional job. The work area was nice and clean at the end of the project. Overall great experience."

"Ken and his crew from Magnolia did a renovation of our large (900 sq ft, 18-foot elevation) 17-year-old deck which included new decking wood, new railing with horizontal stainless steel wire, new stair treads & risers. Most importantly, they dug out 15 support posts (6X6 wood, which had been placed directly in the ground and were beginning to rot) and properly placed them on above-ground poured concrete piers. Additionally, another 6 posts and support beam were added. I do believe you could drive a truck on the deck now. The crew worked tirelessly, completing this large project promptly. Their work was professional and craftsman-like, and the work area was kept clean. We are very happy with our new deck!"

This included the removal and replacement of posts in concrete and re-leveling and aligning the old and new sections. Again, communication was perfect and the results were as expected. Benn is trustworthy, smart, respectful, and gets job started and completed as promised. Some people over-promise and under-deliver, but Iâ d say Benn does the opposite."
