"I have used this Roofing on two different family projects. One was the complete roof retiling of a standard size family home and the most recent project, was for the repair and laying of new roof sheets on the back sun room. Each time I found them to be helpful, co-operative and very professional. On our recent project, Pete was our first point of contact who made the whole experience stress free and quick. Ari and Elijah helped in choosing the materials, right down to the colour and then completing the job in only two days."

Small jobs welcome

"Sears installed a convection/microwave and did not attach the 11 inches of vent material needed.....just left it venting into the mdf wood box which would have heated up outgassing formaldehyde and possibly a fire...microwave required “high heat foil tape” up to 600 degree tape. One Call Handyman Service was amazing....made a vent piece and attached it properly with high heat tape for convection, kind, courteous, professional and fair pricing.....very happy👍"

"We are senior homeowners who need help with odd maintenance and moving jobs. Jose contacted me immediately when I asked for a quote - some of the other contacts never got in touch. He came to our home that day to see what we needed and assess the need - and then he patiently waited two weeks to do it, rescheduled because we were ill. When we finally did meet, he did an excellent job in a very short time. We are already talking to him about another job. If you need someone with good skills and a great work ethic to help you with essential jobs you can no longer do, call Jose."

Small jobs welcome

"Josiah did a great job. I had several small to medium size projects that I needed to get done and Josiah did them all quickly and just as I wanted them. Josiah is great to work with and was flexible to accommodate my schedule. He had the necessary tools, skills and forethoughts for all the various projects. Some of the projects were: Cleaned up leaves, mowed and edged the lawn and clean up Installed a 2nd floor attic bird vent on 20-foot ladder Installed new kitchen sink faucet Drywall repair and reinforcing the area behind the drywall with plywood Matching the paint and painting the entire wall Built and installed corner shelf for under the counter in the bathroom Replaced two rotten wood backer rails. Cut off the nails on the rotten backer rails and re-nailed the boards to the new backer rails."

FAQs for handyman service projects in Arlington, WA

Winterizing shields your home’s structure and key systems from snow, ice, and freezing temperatures. By sealing drafts and tuning up heaters, you cut energy waste, extend the life of appliances and windows, and avoid surprise repair bills. A small up-front investment keeps rooms cozy and protects the value of your biggest asset all winter long.

Yes, it’s important to prepare your sprinkler system for the winter. Blowing out the lines and insulating above-ground parts keeps valves and pipes from splitting when temperatures drop. A quick winterization visit costs far less than repairing burst components in spring, and it ensures your lawn--and your wallet--stay in good shape once the thaw hits.

A full home winterization plan goes beyond sealing windows and pipes. You might schedule a home energy audit, cover outdoor furniture, service the snowblower, swap smoke-detector batteries, add outlet gaskets, and hang storm doors. Each step beefs up your home’s protection, cuts drafts, and lowers the chance of costly cold-weather damage.
