"East Coast Concrete LLC has serious difficulty communicating with customers and completing the job. I hired them to install 2 patios and demo a portion of my back porch. I have reached out several times via text, for Jack to come look at cracks in the stamped concrete and foundation. A gloss sealer was supposted be applied, but was not. I was texted twice by Jack that he would stop by. Never happened. I filed a complaint to BBB, through which we communicated. His response to the complaint was, "We weren't aware of the customers concern." I responded with screen shots of the texts I sent to Jack showing communication between us. Jack's response stated the number in the complaint was not his. He provided the number to me the day I signed the contract. I am 4 months into a 12 month warranty with no resolution. All I want is a refund for the cost of the sealer. My next step is to contact my lawyer. Look elsewhere for a company with better communication and work ethic. "

"I was initially frustrated that it took longer than expected to get the materials. They worked with me to seek others but we decided to wait for the original ones to arrive. I am glad we did. They look beautiful. The team worked extremely hard and were very professional. They paid incredible attention to detail and the permeable walkway they built along the driveway and to the house is beautiful. I will hire them again for another project for sure."

"Customer service horrible No accountability A 2 day job turned into 7 days then they ghosted me and left me with no concrete steps. Highly do not recommend. Had to hire another company to come back and finish the job. Jackie or whatever his name is shows in nice big truck and laptop and smiles all in your face making promises then collects deposit and then you are stuck constantly making Calls for updates that never happen. Do not waste your time."
