"Jason did a nice job. He determined that the old (leaking) water line had been laid under the (asphalt) driveway, and that it was thus cheaper simply to install a new waterline. That proved difficult due to the compacted clay around the house, and because the slab was solid concrete, but he persevered and we now are enjoying water without an "enhanced" monthly bill.
