"Steven may not be everyone's cup of tea.  But he knows exactly what he is doing.  He consults with the client so that they get the exact result they want.  He is very good at presenting options and is not afraid to provide a general estimate for a multiple tasks (such as ours).  He is very reliable.  He is also chatty, which for me is a plus, but perhaps not for everyone. He does not charge for the time he is simply talking with the client.  This being said, he is a very fast worker.  I have been told that he is a bit higher priced than some, but I have to say that I did not find this to be the case.  I feel that we got real value for our money.  I would recommend O'Handys (Stephen Morrow) for anyone who wants to get the job done quickly, completely and with high quality. <br />"
