"The team came on time and appeared to do a decent job. They convinced me that a UV air cleansing system would be a great benefit and so I purchased at $500. The technician (Nate) told me that replacement bulbs were available from local hardware stores for around $50 and that he would go over the warranty information. He neglected to go over the warranty details which was necessary to validate. On checking with local hardware stores I couldn't find the right UV bulb and those that are available are much more than $50. So Nate was an outright liar and I will never use Stanley Steemer again, having been a customer for 10 years. They are just con men."
