"Because of the warranty on our carpeting, we have to have it professionally cleaned every two years for the warranty to be upheld. We bought the house in 2005 and the first time they did come in was 2006. They have been doing it every two years since. Because I was a repeat customer, they kept the original price. They were very good that is why we kept using them. I made the mistake one time of picking somebody else just for the price but I had Fogg come back within like 3 or 4 months because we were so unhappy. When the other company did the rinse, they left the soap in the carpeting, they didn't take it out. So, the carpeting was stiff when it dried. When they came back that time, I told them what had happened and instead of doing a normal type of wash, they used more water to get the soap out of the carpet."

"I had a horrible cat urine odor in the under flooring of a bedroom. I used this product but it was not as effective as I hoped. I tried pet store products, vinegar and baking soda, hydrogen peroxide and other products. The thing that finally worked was bleach. It is probable that this product would work better on fabric and rugs. Also, it would probably work better on less severe problems. The provider was excellent to deal with. <br />"
