Aus from HADI came out the next day (he was actually available same day, but we could not make that work), looked at the fridge, quickly diagnosed the problem, found the replacement part online, obtained the part, came back within half hour and installed it. Now, the fridge works again! Aus was very professional; we communicated via text, he let us know when he was en route. The whole experience was outstanding.
