"The 2-man crew showed up at the appointed time and vacummed the entire carpeted areas to be cleaned. They used a specific machine  designed to scrub, rinse, lift the pile and extract the dirty residue. All and all I thought the job was well done.  My carpets were not excessively dirty but the results were acceptable.  The hight traffic area in front of my husband's recliner did not turn out as well as the rest of the carpet. It took approximately 10 hours to dry enough to re-vacuum and put furniture back. The carpet was cleaned by 11 am on the scheduled day and I revacuumed and put furniture back the following morning. <br />"

"Came to our house to clean the vents because we were getting a smell whenever the A/C was on. They came out to clean the vents, but upon inspection, found out they were clean as a whistle. They sprayed their hospital-grade sanitizer into the vents which helped eliminate the smell. "They were there on time, and did the job paid for in an efficient manor. There were several dirty areas from traffic patterns, and most of them came out. They used steam cleaning method which leaves no lingering odors upon completion. They did pre spot before beginning the steam cleaning. It took about 2 hrs. to do the entire house. They had to vacuum before starting. The house is big, 2700 sq. ft. and has a master bedroom which is 53' long. They charged me by the room not the sq. footage, therefore they were by far the least expensive to use."

He steam cleaned our living room in just under an hour and it took approximately 5-6 hours to fully dry. The carpet looked BRAND NEW! I was seriously so impressed that I regretted waiting so long. We had definitely spent over $100 the last couple of years buying over the counter carpet cleaning products, and countless hours on our hands and knees trying to clean it ourselves. Now we know not to waste our time or money and just call Justice Carpet and Tile Cleaning of Florida. We will definitely use their services for our carpet and tile cleaning needs. It has been over a week and our carpets still look brand new! We have a new house rule now: NO SHOES ON THE CARPET! :)"
