"They were on time and professional. The job did not go without problems though. After installation we had a rainy day and had several leaks at the back porch cover. They did come back within 2 days and fixed the problem. Also had some shingles that were sticking up on the roof and they added more glue and that fixed the problem. As far as I can tell at this point, all leaks have been fixed in a timely manner. They were quick to respond to our problem. I would hire them again, but my husband was super upset and he does not share my sentiment. He did not expect any problems after job completion. I was much more calm and had no doubt they would come back and all would be well....which it was in the end."

"My roof had sustained damage from recent severe storms in my area. I contacted several roofing companies, through internet searches and some local advertisers. I received a few inspections and multiple estimates, but wasn't satisfied or felt comfortable enough with any of those contractors to hire them do the job. So, I started asking around for referrals from friends and neighbors. My coworker recommended Braswell construction, since she's used their services before and were very pleased. I called right away, spoke to owner Chris Braswell, we setup an appointment and he came out the next day. He assessed the roof, and we both agreed that my entire roof needed immediate replacement. Chris was very professional, he explained all the details clearly for me to understand. Two days later his team were out replacing my roof. They did an excellent job, completed the roof and cleaned up the debris all in the same day. I am totally loving my new roof! it looks amazing, and I'm glad I went with the color shingles Chris suggested based off his experience...since I couldn't make up my mind picking a color. "Joe and his crew were punctual, professional and extremely competent.  They assessed the extent of decay of the soffits and fascia on our 54 year old, 1800 sq ft house and carried out the repairs. They replaced many rotten boards, often with no evidence of a seam or other repair marks.  ..They scraped away old layers of peeling paint and repainted.  They caulked and leveled the gutters.   Joe , the owner, did much of the work himself and showed us what he was doing every step of the way.  He gave us tips on how to maintain the work.  Shortly after he completed the work, we had a downpour and all the seams and work held well.  He kept to the estimate, even when a few things were unexpected that caused him a bit more work.  And he left our yard and porches clean.  We will certainly call him again for other similar jobs."

"Tracy and his crew installed three new roofs for me. They are not the cheapest nor are the most expensive. He found an issue while estimating one of the roofs that none of the other estimators found. Mainly because of his knowledge and because he actually got up on the roof. Most of the estimators did a quick visual from the ground and used satellite images from a web app. I would definitely higher him again."

"We had loose shingles on our roof after a storm in April. I went to Angie's List to find roofing contractors to replace our roof. <br /> I called Horizon Roofing and 3 other contractors based on the reviews that I read on Angie's List. Jason came right out and looked at my roof. He suggested that we contact our insurance agent to get an appraisal on the damage to see if our insurance would cover the cost of the roof. Jason very graciously came and covered the spot where our loose shingles were without charge. He also offered to come to my house when the adjuster came to look at the roof. Jason went up on the roof with the adjuster( during some of the hottest days we have had this summer) and went through all of his concerns on our behalf. In end our roof was covered, the crew came out, and we now have a BEAUTIFUL new roof! I am extremely pleased with everything they did. Even if we had not had insurance coverage, I would have been very pleased with the service and attention that we received."
