"Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. While this type of work isn't as "fun" as other renovations, the cost of this repair is worth the peace of mind. Every time we walk across our floors, we are reminded of our investment. We also feel good about the transferable warranty—should we ever sell our home, a prospective home owner will have a good indicator that we invested in keeping this home safe and stable. "First of all-Dream Home only offered one window, the best as far as I was concerned.  I had great windows in our older home in NC and moved to a new home in NC with awful fitting windows.  So now I have great windows again here in GA.  We decided on them right away. We did talk to competing companies.  We were offered wood windows that required painting or cheaper material windows-same pricing.  We did have 2 full fiberglass doors installed also.  Ready for winter!!   Thanks, Dream Home"

"Skip Lewis did a great job during the quoting process and we chose Deluxe although they were not the lowest price. We were impressed with the detail he provided in the quote.  His knowledge of the roofing business is vast, and he made certain to make sure we understood what would occur during the entire process.  
Everything was done as promised with one exception and that was rectified to our satisfaction by Skip.  The crew arrived as scheduled and did as much as they could on Day 1 due to rain starting to fall.  They worked 13 -14 hours on Day 2 and about the same on Day 3.  The cleanup was properly done and they got all the nails picked up with magnets.  
This is a good company and I highly recommend them for any roofing project.  The value we received in material, installation and warranty far offset the higher price.  Although we were frustrated by the issue that came up on Day 3, we appreciate the way it was resolved by Skip.  Major projects are not always implemented smoothly and a good, professional company will resolve issues in a way that the customer feels good and then will recommend that company to others.  This is exactly what Deluxe Roofing did for us."

"Rep. checked entire system. He found several wires not connected properly and fixed this. He also made recommendations regarding the attachment of the panels to the rood that would provide more stability and leakproofing. The representative appeared to know what he was doing - much better than others, including the representative who was engaged by the roofer (who replaced our rood due to hail damage) to disconnect/connect the panels."

"Good: Right on time, professional, and quickly changed out the springs. Concerning: Initial quote on the phone was anywhere between $59 and $189 to repair a broken spring plus service call fee. When technician arrived, it was recommended both springs be replaced, which makes sense but this was not mentioned on the initial estimate. Since the part number and length/gauge of spring details were left by the technician, I browsed for the same springs on line and found the pair at a third of the cost (>$100) but Ameriserv did not directly explain why the spring cost was so high compared to what I found online. I received one email reply after about a week later and it only asked if we had spoken via phone. After I replied to that response, I received no further communication. They also offered a warranty for the springs/door for $89 a year, but after five years, that equals the amount of replacing both springs. Typical life for a spring is about ten years, I did not see the benefit in a warranty at that price."
