"They did a great job on patching cracks in the stucco. The entire pergola had to be scraped and several slats replace (be purchased the wood slats), a very tedious job. Every surface of the exterior of the house was painted, including the exterior door and double car garage door. The price seemed kind of high but we were pleased with the results and the service the crew provided. The house looks brand new and no longer tired and worn out."

"Garry did a light construction project for us on a the large 2nd floor corner balcony of our master bedroom. He was very easy to work with in making all the arrangements, he arrived on time and we finished on schedule. The project was difficult and contained complicated cuts working with precise measurements. The job involved working overhead on ladders and it required me to work with Garry or to assist him most of the time. I’m not at all easy to work with, particularly for someone who does not already know me, but we worked well together and he did a good job. He cleaned everything up and helped me to set up all the furniture and appliances again. Everyone is thrilled with the new look of our balcony."

"I would 100% recommend working with Old Ironsides as a construction company. I reached out to their company and Lee'o went out and looked at our property and gave me a bid. When I chose their company to do the work, I walked the property with Lee'o and Pat. I then went and picked the tile/flooring/countertops/sink/other finishes with them. Throughout the process, I got daily photo updates and Lee'o would email or call me with anything that was out of the norm. We always had a good conversation about what was going on and Lee'o provided me solutions to the problems we encountered. We had Old Ironsides do new: electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, ducting, bathrooms, kitchen, flooring, doors, painting (interior & exterior). They also took care of the termite/asbestos remediation. Doing a project of this size was very daunting but I never doubted their ability and the communication and quality of work was fantastic. I would highly recommend using Old Ironsides for all of your construction needs."
