"Salesman did a great job. It took time (longer than I expected) to get the treatments and the follow up has been average to poor. Time will tell if this was a good investment. It was very very expensive. Critters pulled many of the installed bait stations out of the ground and they had to return to reinstall the ones that I could not push back into the ground. I had to call a number of times to remind them that they were to return to reinstall the bait stations and to check for carpenter ant control."

Frank has been our tech for several months & is knowledgeable, courteous & friendly.He is very thorough at cleaning all of the spider webs,etc. Even cleaned our screened in porch ceiling area which no other tech has ever done! When I called the office I was told the techs do not go into attics due to liability issues. Was not told that Greenix has people on staff to do wildlife removal work & such.
