"Doug did a fine job replacing my bulkhead to my basement. The quality of work was very good. I would certainly hire him for other projects that might come up. The only thing I didn't know about until he had begun the work was that I would have to dispose of the old bulkhead (metal doors & frame, etc.). It was not a big deal as the next day was my dump day and I didn't have to pay for the disposal, however, it would have been nice to know that I would be responsible for that.
