There were a lot of obstacles that we ran into along the way : Menards ordering/delivering services, unreasonable neighbors, a very steep hill, sugar dirt, tree trunks, lack of laborers (good workers are hard to find) but through it all Mark would be sure to contact me and show/explain any issues he ran into and how he was going to work around them. He kept a positive attitude even when I gave him the stress of a deadline! (Your girl just wanted a pretty yard for Easter!) He did have a couple things come up that slowed him down that were mainly out of his control, but that’s life, we all have hard times every now and then. He persevered and met my expectations even if that meant he finished working the day by himself. His prices were fair and upfront. He stayed very close to his original bid on the job. This was a BIG job and a tough one at that! Thank you, Mark! I would consider him for future jobs i may have."

The placement of your fence posts depends on the fence height and material. Generally speaking, it's better for the fence if your posts are closer together.
To avoid upheavals or other issues, bury your fence post so the depth exceeds the frost line, or about one-third to one-half of the aboveground height of your post. Check with your local code requirements to determine the right depth for your home since it varies by location.
If a fence borders your neighbor’s property, you must inform your neighbor in advance about the installation. You share the responsibility for repair and maintenance in such cases, so both parties are held accountable by local regulations. It is essential to confirm your local code requirements and documented agreements to avoid future disputes and ensure clear responsibilities.
