"The ceiling in my garage ( a standard 2-car attached garage) needed some serious TLC; a couple of drywall panels had worked themselves loose from the ceiling studs, the ceiling needed to be re-taped and re-sealed, and the whole garage needed to be repainted. The crew (4 people including the boss Delfino Franco) showed up about 7:30 on a Monday morning, and were done late Tuesday afternoon. They were quiet (no loud music blaring), and just went about their business. They spend Monday doing the repair work, including all the taping and mudding, and did their painting on Tuesday. I could not be happier with the quality of their work. If I have other drywall/painting projects in the future, I won't even think about asking anyone else for estimates. They took out damaged drywall from two rooms that was caused by seasonal shifting in my home's structure, installed new insulation, replaced the drywall with expansion joints, and painted the three walls that had been damaged. They took great care to contain the dust from sanding the drywall joint compound and did a thorough cleanup. They arrived on time, kept me informed, and did what they said they were going to do in the time estimated to complete the project. Superb customer relations...and they did all that at a cost less than others estimated that it would cost. It's good to know that there are still companies out there that take pride in their work and make positive customer relations and satisfaction core values."

"I can't stress those reading this enough to never use Corwin for any type of work. My experience from them the past few weeks has been nothing short of the worst customer service of any sort I have ever experience. They were subcontracted by my contractor to do the framing and drywall for a basement job. The first 3 weeks and basically 90% of the work had been ok. The last 4 weeks have been nothing short of miserable. There was one area or ceiling left to finish which I paid the day they were allegedly done. That was a terrible move on my part because they were not done at all and left the ceiling an unfinished mess. This isn't even getting into the $6000 in overages they charged me for work that was agreed upon before the job even started. Yes, there was some additional work that was requested as the job progressed. But when I saw the newly updated quote with an additional $6k, I was shocked. But after some discussion and a few hundred dollars knocked off, I still paid them their balance only to be sitting here weeks later with an unfinished portion of ceiling and a newly noticed not plum window opening that Corwin tried to say they were not at fault then tried to blame their laborers. Now fast forward to late last week when I spoke to the owner who agreed to pay me back a sum of money that we agreed upon due to the issues at hand. I then get an email telling me their lawyer will reach out to me. What an absolute joke of a company and I will gladly take this to court. DO NOT USE CORWIN.
