"This was the second time to use this company and this time the owner sent has part time employee.  I was a little sceptical but this gentleman work just as hard to please me as the owner did on the carpet cleaning job that I hired him for my mother-in-laws house.  This company wants to do a good job and they do.  The spots that I thought were going to be dark turned out to be spots that were missing grout, thats on me, not the cleaning company.  After all thisis grout that has been on the floor for 15 years.  My mother-in-laws carpet, the study has been used as a cat box by their ailing cat, it stunk, down to the concrete, they cleaned, they deoderized, they clean, they deoderized. the owner spent a lot of time on the job.  He had to leave the carpet wet, he requested no one walk on the carpet until it was dry, easy to do, no one was living in the house at the time.  He and I both thought the smell might not leave and the carpet would need to be replaced.  After it dried, the carpet looked great and smelled fresh.  The house sold as is.  Great job both times. <br />"

"I called Marco to see if he could come by after the storm, to clean the areas where water had caused the ceiling to collapse. He was able to come by on a date that was very soon, and was prompt and on time. He introduced himself and he and his helper helped us clear out the areas that needed to be cleaned - moving the furniture - and went to work. They were in and out in about an hour and the carpets have not looked as good as that since they were put in. I think that they are who I will be calling for all of the services they offer, because this was a fantastic experience."

"Researched carpet cleaning on Angie's List.  Initially tried contacting another service but no answer.  Since a neighbor at the end of my street was driving a BMF van I decided to call.  Was quoted a $200 price by the office and able to schedule cleaning for the next day.  My neighbor, Moises, along with a helper arrived on time  Both were very professional and  friendly.  They quickly and efficiently cleaned 4 bedrooms, hallway, and stairs.   Although I did not know Moises before the service he gave me a $50 neighbor discount!  My bill came to $151.00.  Great job, great service - definitely would use again and highly recommend to others. <br /> <br /> <br />"
