After we spoke he gave me a verbal estimate then sent me a written estimate which I accepted and he had the job done on the same day. When he went up on the roof there were some other issues which he took care of. Also with these repairs I have a 12 year warranty and the amount I paid will be deducted from the cost if I have to repair the entire roof.
