"I chose Remedy for my sump pump replacement. They came on time for the estimate and quoted me a very competitive initial price. They were even will to go a little further to win the business for work that day. Although I wasn't planning to do the job the same day, I called them back after the estimate and hearing pricing from two others. They came back within an hour, quickly did the work and showed me how my system operates. It's so quiet as compared to the old one. I'm already considering them for a separate plumbing job."

"One unit was fine. The heat pump unit needs some new parts as it is 11 years old and sitsc in the roof under the southern sun and is just getting worn down.
