From getting the quote to getting the work completed, the communication was top notch and very professional. The owner Dean walked me through every step and even made sure to lay wood down to protect our lawn! Dean also has the best concrete stamper around Chris! It was worth every penny for them to get this completed. Our kids and family love it already so much! The pictures of the patio says it all and they don't even give it justice the work that was put into it! I want to add that others have added concrete onto their driveways in my neighborhood, but ours is the only one that matches our driveway perfectly in color and texture! "Overall we had a great experience dealing with Exterior. This was the second project we hired them on, so we were familiar with working with them. "The owner himself came to my home to access the situation, all other companies I spoke to sent a salesman. He was very knowledgeable and honest. He arranged for 4 piers to be placed and to lift the foundation on the NE corner of my home. Also to repair the mortar at the crack line and on the cement floor. The workmen were very professional and neat. They even moved some plants in the area of the pier placement and replaced them. They placed plastic so that all the dirt stayed off of my lawn. They cleaned up everything before leaving both inside and out. I would highly recommend A-1 for any foundation or waterproofing work!"
